How to sign up in camp?
Go to “Registration” on website and then state whether you are an adult or not. After going to the next page, you will see camping packages from which you can choose.
I have signed up but there is no confirmation.

When is my place for camp booked?
You can be sure of your place for camp only after making an advance payment by bank transfer. You have seven days from the day of registration to make the payment.
How to pay for camp?
You must make an advance payment of 100 EUR by bank transfer to the account indicated during registration. The rest of the amount is paid on the campsite during check in.
What is the accommodation offered?
We offer accommodation in double rooms with private bathrooms, which is a hostel standard.
Can I share a room with my friend?
Of course you can. Let us know in advance who you would like to share a room with—it will make the check in process on arrival easier.
Can I purchase accommodation without board?
Unfortunately not. The accommodation package is closely connected with meals and it is impossible to choose only one of these options.
Is there Wi-Fi in the resort?
Wi-Fi is available only in some rooms in the hostel. In the other rooms, there are RJ45 network sockets (take your cable and laptop or your own router to connect to the internet). We also ensure free Wi-Fi is specific shared zones.
What about meals?
During camp, we offer three buffet meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). During each meal at least one vegetarian option will be available. The food is served on the basis of special cards that each participant will receive on check in.
Are workshops divided into groups by levels of advancement?
Aside from the main groups, we will also form an additional BASIC group for beginner B-boys and B-girls.

How to book a seat on a coach to Slovakia?
You can make a booking under “Registration” by choosing a coach ride as one of the packages.
How much is a coach trip to Slovakia?
A one-way ticket costs EUR 25 and a round ticket 50 EUR.
Can I go only one way?
Yes. In the registration panel, choose a trip from Cracow to Slovakia and a separate trip back to Cracow.
How long does a coach trip take?
It will take about 3.5 hours one way.
When exactly does the coach leave?
The coach leaves Cracow on Thursday at 2 p.m. On the way back, the coach leaves Banská Bystrica at approximately 6 p.m., after the end of Sunday’s Rep Your Country tournament.
Where will I sleep during Outbreak Europe?
In Slovakia, accommodation is provided at a hostel in Banská Bystrica. There are three-person rooms with private bathrooms.
What days does the accommodation cover?
The accommodation covers three nights, from Thursday, July 27, to Sunday, July 30.
Will full board be provided during Outbreak Europe?
No. During Outbreak Europe, the price of hostel accommodation includes breakfasts only.
How will I get from the place of accommodation to the festival?
We will get from the hostel to the site of Outbreak Europe in about 25 minutes on foot. Near the hostel, there is also a public transport stop, from which you can reach the festival site directly in 10 minutes.
What does the price of my festival ticket include?
The ticket covers all three days of the festival, concerts, between parties, and after parties.
Where can I collect my festival ticket?
We will distribute your festival tickets in the form of hand bands during check in at Catch The Flava.
Kids
At what age can children participate in Catch The Flava KIDS?
The youngest participants using the KIDS package should be at least 11 years old.
Will my child share a room with his or her peers?
Yes, we always place the participants in rooms depending on their age and gender.
How can I sign my child up for camp?
Please fill out the following registration form. After registering on the website, you must make an advance payment of 100 EUR that will confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than on July 10, 2017.
Who are the counselors at camp?
The counselors at our camp are also dancers and instructors. Each of them has completed a specialist camp counselor course and gained more than six years of experience working with children and youth.
How many hours of training are there per day?
Every day, there are approximately 4-5 hours of dance classes.
Can I visit my child during camp?
Of course you can. Details concerning such visits are always arranged with the child’s camp counselor.
Are you organizing the camp as a professional company?
Yes, we fulfill all legal conditions required for the purpose of organizing camps for children and youth. Our camp is reported to the Regional Board of Education no later than 21 days prior to its beginning—which is when we know the final number of participants.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Can I apply for funding from my workplace?
Of course you can. During our previous camps, parents often received funding from their employers to pay for their children’s participation. We will issue all indispensable documents if necessary.
How does the trip to Slovakia take place?
After the end of the camp on Thursday at 2 p.m., specially rented coaches take us to Slovakia. After the end of the festival, on Sunday, about 6 p.m., the coaches take us back to Cracow.
Where will the children be staying during Outbreak in Slovakia?
During the festival, we provide accommodation at a hostel in Banská Bystrica, in three-person rooms with private bathrooms.
Will the children be under their counselors’ constant supervision during the festival?
Of course they will. All the time, from the moment of departure from Cracow, the children will be under the counselors’ constant supervision. The counselors will be staying in rooms located next to the children’s rooms.
Will full board be provided to the children during the festival?
Since Outbreak Europe is a series of all-day-long events, board in Slovakia will include only breakfasts and dinners; however, on the festival site, there will be catering facilities where meals can be purchased.
